How long will my order take?
Processing: 1–2 business days. We pass your order to our fulfillment partner as soon as it comes in.
Delivery to the US: typically 7–15 business days from dispatch. Some items ship from domestic warehouses and arrive faster; others come from overseas and take the longer end of that window.
We'd rather tell you this upfront than have you wondering on day five. We're a small operation working with a fulfillment partner, not a warehouse down the road — the tradeoff is that we can offer gear at prices a two-person company otherwise couldn't.
Ordering more than one thing
Items may arrive separately. Products ship from whichever warehouse stocks them, so a two-item order can turn into two packages arriving days apart. Nothing is missing — the rest is on its way.
Tracking
You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–3 days to start updating after you receive it. That's normal and doesn't mean anything is wrong.

Calculated at checkout based on your address. The OG Herding Ball ships free.

Wrong address?
Get in touch immediately through our contact page. Once an order reaches our fulfillment partner we usually can't change it, but if you catch it in the first few hours we'll try.
Package didn't arrive?
If tracking shows delivered and you don't have it, check with neighbours and your building first — then contact us. If it's genuinely lost we'll replace it or refund you. If tracking has been stuck for more than 10 business days, tell us and we'll chase it.
