Our 30-day money-back guarantee

We want you and your dog to be genuinely happy with your HomeBodyPet order. If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of receiving your item, contact us and we'll make it right — up to and including a full refund.

Because The OG Herding Ball is meant to be played with, you do not need to send it back unused. A ball your dog has actually used is exactly what we expect. To keep things simple — and because return shipping on a large ball rarely makes sense — we'll often issue your refund without asking you to ship anything back.

How to request a refund or get help

Contact us through our Contact page or email clue.kolodny@gmail.com with your order number and a quick note about what wasn't right. A real person — not a bot — will reply and take care of it.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away and include a photo or two. We'll send a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few business days to appear. If it's been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund, email clue.kolodny@gmail.com and we'll chase it down.

The short version

This is a real guarantee from a small family brand, not fine print designed to trap you. If your dog isn't into it, or something isn't right, tell us within 30 days and we'll look after you. We'd genuinely rather have a happy customer than keep an unhappy one's money.
