How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is free, with no minimum spend. For international shipping details, please contact us.
How long will my order take?
Orders take 1–2 business days to process, then typically 7–21 business days to arrive. Some items ship from U.S. warehouses and land faster; others come from overseas.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Products ship from whichever warehouse stocks them, so a two-item order can become two deliveries days apart.
Can I return an item?
Damaged, defective, or wrong items are replaced or refunded. Change-of-mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery when unused and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
Are toys indestructible?
No toy is. Supervise play, check toys regularly, and retire anything that is coming apart.
