The short version

If something arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, HomeBodyPet will make it right. If you changed your mind, you have 30 days to return an unused item in its original packaging, and return shipping is your responsibility.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Send a photo through the contact page within 30 days of delivery. You can choose a replacement or full refund. There is no need to ship the item back.

Changed your mind

Contact HomeBodyPet first for return instructions. Packages sent back without contact cannot be tracked to an order. Return shipping is paid directly by the customer.

What cannot be returned

Used grooming tools that contact skin or coat, including brushes, gloves, and nail grinders, cannot be returned once used. Used lick mats, bowls, and treat pouches cannot be resold. Faulty items are always covered.

Refund timing

Once approved, refunds return to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the payment.
