Ordering & Shipping
How long will my order take?
1–2 business days to process, then typically 7–21 business days to arrive. Some items ship from US warehouses and land faster; others come from overseas.
How much is shipping?
Nothing. Free on every order, no minimum spend.
Why did my order arrive in two packages?
Products ship from whichever warehouse stocks them. A two-item order can become two deliveries days apart. Nothing is missing.
My tracking hasn’t updated in days.
Normal on some routes — tracking often goes quiet mid-transit and picks up again when the package reaches the US. If nothing has moved in more than 10 business days, contact us and we’ll chase it.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. United States only.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Contact us immediately. Once an order reaches our fulfillment partner we usually can’t change it, but if you catch it within a few hours we’ll try.
Tax
What is GE Tax?
Hawaii doesn’t have a sales tax. The state charges businesses a General Excise Tax on gross income, and that cost is passed through to customers — 4.712% at checkout, shown as a separate line.
Why 4.712% and not 4.5%?
Because the tax also applies to the amount passed through. 4.712% recovers exactly what we owe the state and nothing more.
Returns
Something arrived damaged.
Send a photo through our contact page within 30 days. We’ll replace it or refund you in full — and you don’t need to ship anything back.
I changed my mind.
30 days from delivery, unused and in original packaging. Contact us first for return instructions. Return shipping is at your cost; we don’t provide a prepaid label.
Can I return a used grooming tool?
No — anything that contacts skin or coat can’t be returned once used. Same for lick mats, bowls, and treat pouches. Faulty items are always covered.
How long do refunds take?
5–10 business days back to your original payment method once approved. GE Tax is refunded too.
Sizing & Fit
How do I size a harness?
Measure your dog’s chest at the widest point behind the front legs. Between sizes? Size up.
How do I size a bed or blanket?
Measure your pet curled up, nose to tail, and add a few inches. Every listing shows dimensions in inches.

Which long line length should I get?
33ft is the everyday training length and the easiest to manage. 50ft suits open fields and dogs with solid basics. 100ft is for serious distance work.
Wrong size — can I exchange it?
That counts as a change-of-mind return, so return shipping is on you. Worth measuring first.
Using the Products Safely
Are your toys indestructible?
No toy is. Supervise play, check toys regularly, and retire anything that’s coming apart. We say so on the listings rather than pretending otherwise.
How do I pick a safe ball size?
A ball small enough to fit fully behind the back teeth is a choking risk. When in doubt, go larger.
Should I clip a long line to a collar?
Never. Always use a harness. A dog hitting the end of 30 feet at a sprint can seriously injure its neck.
Is the herding ball a chew toy?
No — it’s a chase-and-herd toy. Dogs push and nudge it. Supervise determined chewers and put it away after play.

How big is it?
17.7 inches — big enough to herd and chase, light enough for an active dog to move around.
Does it come inflated?
It arrives deflated with a pump included. A few minutes and it’s ready.
What dogs is it for?
High-energy dogs of every size — Labs, shepherds, heelers, collies, and any mixed-breed with zoomies to burn.
Will it work indoors?
Yes, in open indoor space. Plenty of our customers use it down a hallway on rainy days.

Can I cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If it hasn’t reached our fulfillment partner we’ll cancel outright. Once dispatched it becomes a return.
