Returns & Refunds
The short version
If something arrives damaged, defective, or isn’t what you ordered, we fix it — no return shipping, no argument. If you simply changed your mind, you have 30 days and return shipping is on you.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Send us a photo through our contact page within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you in full, whichever you prefer.
Don’t ship it back.
Return postage on these usually costs more than the item. Keep it, pass it to a shelter, or bin it.
Changed your mind
Return within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us first so we can send return instructions — packages sent back without contacting us can’t be tracked to your order.
Return shipping is your responsibility on change-of-mind returns.
We don’t provide a prepaid label, and the cost isn’t deducted from or added to your refund — you arrange and pay for it directly.
Because shipping to you was free on our end, a change-of-mind return means we’ve each covered one leg of the trip. That’s why we’d rather you measured twice before ordering than sent something back.
What we can’t take back
For health reasons, used grooming tools that contact skin or coat — brushes, gloves, nail grinders — can’t be returned once used. If one arrives faulty, that’s covered above.
Used lick mats, bowls, and treat pouches can’t be resold either. Same rule: faulty is always covered.
Sizing
Harnesses, blankets, and beds all list measurements. If you order the wrong size, that’s a change-of-mind return. Measure your dog before ordering — and when between sizes, size up.
Refund timing
Once approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few days beyond that. GE Tax is refunded along with the purchase price.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t reached our fulfillment partner we’ll cancel it outright. Once it’s dispatched it becomes a return.
Still stuck? Message us through the contact page. We’d rather sort out a problem than lose you over one.
